Empire home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Empire fell by $8,830 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $365,830 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Empire in May 2018.
