The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in South St. Paul rose by $18,650 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,650 - a 9.1% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in South St. Paul in May 2018.
