Farmington home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Farmington rose by $13,550 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $254,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Farmington in June 2018.
