Empire home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Empire fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 8.5% decrease over the $358,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Empire in July 2018.
