Apple Valley home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $6,600 while total sales increased by 50.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 2.4% increase over the $274,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Apple Valley in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2019 was $2,844. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,718. This marks an increase of 4.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
