Lakeville home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lakeville rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Lakeville in August 2018.
