Apple Valley home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $61,400 while total sales decreased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,500 - a 27.6% increase over the $222,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Apple Valley in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2019 was $2,844. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,718. This marks an increase of 4.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
