Inver Grove Heights home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Inver Grove Heights fell by $13,300 while total sales decreased by 24.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,700 - a 4.9% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Inver Grove Heights in October 2018.
