Apple Valley home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Apple Valley fell by $9,175 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $246,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Apple Valley in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2019 was $2,844. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,718. This marks an increase of 4.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
