West St. Paul home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in West St. Paul rose by $25,800 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $189,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in West St. Paul in November 2018.

The median sales tax in West St. Paul for 2019 was $2,795. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,468. This marks an increase of 13.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
