Farmington home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Farmington rose by $47,250 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $240,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Farmington in December 2018.
