Rosemount home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Rosemount fell by $23,550 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,400 - a 8% decrease over the $294,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Rosemount in December 2018.
