Apple Valley home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $9,050 while total sales decreased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,950 - a 3.6% increase over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Apple Valley in December 2018.
