Empire home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Empire fell by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 17.2% decrease over the $241,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Empire in December 2018.
