Grant home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Grant rose by $221,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $618,750 - a 55.7% increase over the $397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grant in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Grant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,106, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
