Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $7,250 while total sales increased by 61.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 3% increase over the $242,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Blaine in September 2017.
