Hopkins home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Hopkins rose by $50,835 while total sales increased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,835 - a 22.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Hopkins in October 2017.
