The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 75.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 5% increase over the $231,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Blaine in October 2017.
