Blaine (Anoka County) home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Blaine in Anoka County fell by $9,900 while total sales increased by 78.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 4% decrease over the $249,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Blaine in November 2017.
