Ramsey home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Ramsey rose by $26,300 while total sales increased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,800 - a 11.1% increase over the $236,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Ramsey in January 2018.
