Lino Lakes home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lino Lakes rose by $35,050 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $244,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lino Lakes in February 2018.
