Fridley home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Fridley fell by $1,950 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $212,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Fridley in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Fridley for 2019 was $2,816. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,539. This marks an increase of 10.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
