The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Blaine in March 2018.
