Ramsey home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Ramsey rose by $7,016 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 3% increase over the $232,885 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Ramsey in March 2018.
