St. Francis home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in St. Francis rose by $29,040 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,040 - a 15.3% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Francis in March 2018.
