Lino Lakes home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Lino Lakes fell by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 70.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,950 - a 1.6% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lino Lakes in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Lino Lakes for 2019 was $3,738. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,243. This marks an increase of 15.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
