Ramsey home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Ramsey fell by $11,900 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 4.1% decrease over the $286,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Ramsey in April 2018.
