Linwood home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Linwood fell by $165,661 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,239 - a 37.7% decrease over the $439,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Linwood in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Linwood for 2019 was $2,751. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,280. This marks an increase of 20.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
