St. Francis home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in St. Francis rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Francis in April 2018.
