Anoka home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Anoka fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 7.6% decrease over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Anoka in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Anoka for 2019 was $2,294. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,094. This marks an increase of 9.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
