Ramsey home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Ramsey rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 28.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,500 - a 1.3% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Ramsey in May 2018.
