Coon Rapids home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Coon Rapids fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Coon Rapids in May 2018.
