Circle Pines home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Circle Pines fell by $85,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 27.9% decrease over the $306,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Circle Pines in May 2018.
