The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Columbia Heights rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $211,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Columbia Heights in May 2018.
