Lino Lakes home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Lino Lakes fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lino Lakes in June 2018.
