Ramsey home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Ramsey rose by $12,450 while total sales increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $257,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Ramsey in June 2018.
