Lino Lakes home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Lino Lakes fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lino Lakes in July 2018.
