Oak Grove home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Oak Grove rose by $120,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 41.4% increase over the $289,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oak Grove in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Oak Grove for 2019 was $2,448. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,325. This marks an increase of 5.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.6%.
