Linwood home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Linwood rose by $228,021 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 160.6% increase over the $141,979 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Linwood in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Linwood for 2019 was $2,751. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,280. This marks an increase of 20.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.7%.
