Lino Lakes home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Lino Lakes rose by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $278,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lino Lakes in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Lino Lakes for 2019 was $3,738. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,243. This marks an increase of 15.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
