St. Francis home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in St. Francis rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in St. Francis in September 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for 2019 was $2,401. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,187. This marks an increase of 9.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
