Circle Pines home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Circle Pines rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,500 - a 10.2% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Circle Pines in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Circle Pines for 2019 was $3,031. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,381. This marks an increase of 27.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
