St. Francis home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in St. Francis rose by $38,550 while total sales decreased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 16.8% increase over the $228,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in St. Francis in November 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for 2019 was $2,401. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,187. This marks an increase of 9.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
