Fridley home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Fridley fell by $100,050 while total sales decreased by 94.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,950 - a 45.5% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Fridley in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Fridley for 2019 was $2,816. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,539. This marks an increase of 10.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
