Minneapolis home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Minneapolis rose by $19,750 while total sales increased by 34.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 595 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,750 - a 7.5% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 443 homes sold in Minneapolis in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,968, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
