Long Lake home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Long Lake fell by $106,000 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,000 - a 22% decrease over the $482,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Long Lake in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
