Minneapolis home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Minneapolis rose by $33,550 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 394 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,250 - a 13.5% increase over the $248,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 489 homes sold in Minneapolis in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,968, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
