Deephaven home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Deephaven rose by $402,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,200,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $1,797,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Deephaven in October 2018.
