Plymouth home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Plymouth rose by $22,125 while total sales decreased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $359,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Plymouth in October 2018.
