Maple Plain home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Maple Plain rose by $58,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 20.1% increase over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Maple Plain in October 2018, as well.
